Andrea Baker M.S. CCC-SLP
Pathways Therapy Solutions is owned by Andrea Baker. Andrea is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds a license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Andrea is a talented clinician with over a decade of experience as a Speech Therapist. Andrea has a passion for helping children and specializes in pediatric (birth through age 18) speech therapy. Andrea has been enhancing the lives of children in Lancaster County since 2015 and has developed an exceptional reputation within the community. Andrea graduated from Misericordia University with a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, school districts, early intervention, and private practice. She began her career in an acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital working with stroke patients and those suffering from traumatic brain injuries. As her career progressed, she developed a passion for treating pediatric patients. Andrea
assists children with improving their communication skills, while working in unison with their families and caregivers to develop strategies that foster their child’s development. Andrea’s pediatric experience includes working in early intervention, intermediate units, private practice, and local school districts.
Emily Fillman M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist / Lead AAC Consultant
Emily graduated in 2012 from University with a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Emily works primarily with school-aged children and specializes in the implementation of AAC devices. With her education and experience, she provides top-tier treatment for children with speech and/or language disorders.
